Connect Arlo

  1. Open Claude and go to Customize.
  2. Open Connectors and choose the option to add a custom connector.
  3. Enter a name such as Arlo Health and the MCP URL https://mcp.arlohealth.ai.
  4. Save the connector. When Claude prompts you, complete OAuth in the browser and return to the conversation.
Claude manages OAuth for the connector. Its model-facing tool list does not include init_signup, check_account_status, or register_webhook.

Use Arlo

You can ask Claude to:
  • Read your profile, patient details, tier, capabilities, and insurance connections.
  • Connect another insurer or connect an insurance source for a dependent.
  • Start or continue a conversation with a licensed clinician.
  • Read prescriptions and connected health records.
  • Estimate care prices, check a named provider’s network status, or read public provider evidence.
  • Request referral or appointment work for your approval on Arlo’s hosted sheet.
For a provider visit, Claude needs your current physical location. The conversation payment gate includes a summary and the Stripe link for your approval. The patient approves a temporary hold there; it is captured only if a doctor joins and released otherwise. There is no card setup. Claude connector tool calls support waits of about 55 seconds. send_message waits for a reply by default; if a wait ends with stillWaiting, the agent can resume with wait_for_reply.
