Overview
You can connect Arlo Health directly to ChatGPT on the web, giving ChatGPT access to the Arlo Health MCP. Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT to help you with healthcare consultations, prescriptions, and more — all within the chat interface.Setup

Open ChatGPT Settings
Go to chatgpt.com and click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

Enable Developer Mode
Click Apps in the left sidebar, then open Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.

Create a New App
Click Create app to set up a new MCP connection.

Configure the App
Fill in the following details:
Save the app when you’re done.

Authenticate
When you first use an Arlo Health tool, ChatGPT will prompt you to authenticate. You’ll be redirected to complete the OAuth sign-up/sign-in flow, then returned to your conversation.
Usage
Once connected, you can interact with Arlo Health naturally in any ChatGPT conversation. Try prompts like:- “I’ve had a sore throat for 3 days, can you help me see a doctor?”
- “Can you summarize this information and send it to Arlo for my provider?”
- “What did the doctor prescribe me, and what’s the status of my prescription?”
- “What medications am I on according to my insurance records?”

ChatGPT will automatically use the appropriate Arlo Health tools based on your request.

With the connector enabled, ChatGPT has access to all Arlo Health capabilities:- Conversations — Start and manage health conversations with licensed clinicians
- Prescriptions — View prescriptions and their fulfillment status
- Health Records — Read your connected insurance and health records
- Payments — Pay-per-use payment setup and per-visit confirmation
- Messaging — Exchange messages with providers during active visits
