Arlo is the infrastructure AI agents use to navigate healthcare autonomously — clinicians, prescriptions, labs, referrals, and insurance through one integration. When an action requires a license, a clinician completes it and control returns to your agent.

Care Prices & Network Status

Free: estimate what a service costs under the user’s insurance and check whether a provider is in-network

Free Price Transparency

Arlo gives every agent two free tools — search_care_prices and check_network_status — that answer “what will this cost me?” and “is this provider in my network?” from insurers’ published rate files, matched to the user’s plan. They never charge the user and don’t require an active consultation. US only; supported payers include Anthem Blue Cross (CA/NY), Blue Shield of California, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna.

Service Regions

Care from Arlo clinicians is available in California (US-CA). (The care pricing tools are not region-limited — they work anywhere in the US for supported insurers.) Care is licensed by where the patient is physically located when they request it, so conversations carry an ISO 3166-2 region code and unsupported regions are refused with REGION_NOT_SUPPORTED — which names the regions Arlo serves at that moment.

Service Limitations

Arlo cannot help with:
  • Medical emergencies (call 911)
  • Mental health crises (contact crisis lines)
  • Controlled substances (opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants)
  • Conditions requiring physical examination
  • Pediatric patients under 1 year
